Mr. Goto will guide us and let us have a look at their tea field producing the best tea in Japan.
・Their tea won Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
Awards, the best prize in regular Sencha category in the National
Fair of Tea, held in Kyoto in August 2013. The tea farm visited in the tour is rare in Japan because they have won the award over two generations.
・Having an on-site look at the unique cultivation of Japan’s best
awarded superfine sencha, Kumonoseki.
・Naturally grown with great care and all picked by hand.
・With green house that can open, a heater, drainage equipment, and carefully controlling moisture, air and soil temperatures.

・You can taste Japan’s best tea served by Mr. Goto himself and enjoy a view of the garden from Sukiya-style tea room at the back of YAMANI-EN.
・Information such as special care to produce tasty and trusted
quality tea, how to make a good cup of tea.
・Japanese confectionery will be served, which brings out the taste of Japan’s best tea better.
・100g of the special Kumonoseki will be a gift you can bring back. (In case of the greatly popular Kumonoseki being unavailable, Kumoi may be presented as an alternative).
・Please enjoy shopping for tea products, tea bowls, tea cups, tea pots and goods that are sold exclusively in YAMANI-EN.
