Lake Hamana, the 10th largest lake in Japan, is shaped like the palm of a hand and has a complex inlet. It is a unique lake that boasts the third longest circumference in Japan and is the longest brackish water lake in Japan. It has a variety of beautiful changing scenery that you can enjoy as you watch the waves moving across the lake as you cycle past. There are many blessings of the rich brackish water such as the citrus fruits that grow in the warm weather. Come and enjoy a bicycle trip around the lake. The bypass course, which takes a shortcut through some of the lake's more uneven and rough spots, is approximately 51km in length.
